This item was used about 1 year before I replaced it. (Found out you can't can on glass top stoves). This is in great shape. Self cleaning feature. Auto turn on & off, to postpone cooking. All the bells & whistles. Must see up close to appreciate. It is missing one knob for the top burners & they are about $9 to replace & easily found most any store
