Donkey/Mule - Medium - Adult - Male - Horse - Al Capone
Description
Al originally came from out in the wilds of Arizona. The BLM (Bureau of Land Management) captured him and put him up for adoption, but no one seemed to want an older donkey (Al is about 12 years old) and to make matters worse, Al had a growth on the side of his face. Crossroads saw beyond that and took him into our rescue We took him to MSU and they said it was a tooth that bone formed around possibly from an old injury. They recommended that nothing further be done and that Al could live out his life as normal donkey. He is one of our sweetest donkeys and we think he still has a chance of adoption if someone could look beyond his imperfections.
